| The Mature Asskickers has been around since the days of Tribes 2 in 2001; many of our wow division members have played together since then, and combined we have over one hundred years of time with the Mature Asskickers. We are an active guild whose members are not locked into any one mode of play: we enjoy arena, dungeons, questing, and world pvp. We are not gankers, but expect that if you gank one of us, we will show up in force to defend our comrades. |

WoW Raid fun and all :)
|
Well looks like the summer blues are coming to an end. Two weeks ago, with out much warning or even planning and alot of people on. We did a fast OS 10 that turning into a two day Naxx 10 run. Followed by a short run into Ulduar, took down Flame Leviathon and tried the second boss before alot of use ran out of time. It just came about and it was a blast !!! Big thanks to Gambatte for his knowledge of the runs and helping this to happen, and to all who participated. Keep an eye out in guild chat and a ear on vent, I see more of this in the near future.

Summer blues

Well we are seeing the summer slow down. Not alot of people on, people with 80's are starting to level alts. But don't get down and out, we are planning to start running heroics on a regular basis for the new badges and the new gear you can buy with them. We have been talking about getting into naxx 10 mans clearing a wing or two for gear and the experience.
Summer has always been slow, you know nice weather (well if you like heat !), vacations and that kind of stuff ;). Give us time and post what you'd like to do in the forms. We are always open to new ideas. We are not ready to run into Uldar, but I bet we could put the smack down in several of the 10's.

Weekend Raiding
|
Well this past weekend, DW and MA teamed up, for a naxx 25. It was a blast, all of us got some good loot and some much needed experience in there.
Sunday, We wiped out OS 10 in less than an hour. Some badges, some good loot and alot of fun. This coming Sunday will be round 2 of OS 10. With the improvements of gear, running the harder heroic/10 mans. We are setting our sights on naxx10, maybe just a couple of the wings, we will have to see what the future holds for us.
Great job all !! Oh and Thanks to Gambatte and the others of DW the help in Naxx. Also our thanks to Ragepal and Witherbyte for the assist in OS10. Much appreciated !! |

Site Upgrade

The Site has now been upgrade to deluxe, so no ads, and more features, including file hosting. I will proceed to downlaod, viruscheck, and upload a number of files for member use, especially raiding add-ons.

MA is Growing!! Recruitment Drive Underway!!

The MA is growing. We have a bunch of new members already, and we will continue recruiting older, mature gamers on an ongoing basis. Welcome to our newest members!! You have joined an old and distinguished guild that goes back eight years. Our goal for ongoing recruitment is to always maintain enough players to support raiding and organized pvp, as well as always being open to low level players and being committed to helping them level. This is going to be an exciting time for the MA as we bring in some fresh talent at all levels. We are also willing to support other games besides WoW in vent and on the website...just let us know.
